She holds a Master’s Degree in Communications and is a certified life coach through the International Association of Professions Career, bringing a unique blend of expertise to her coaching practice. Certified as a yoga instructor, she integrates mindfulness and holistic principles into her coaching approach, fostering a mind-body connection for her clients.
